Our Great Friend Andy!

Meet our great friend Andy, aged 52 from Ash Vale.

Andy has been training with us for a little while and recently changed his goals, stating “I’d like to get stronger”.

Most men and women in their 50’s feel its too late to get strong.

We feel the 50’s is an AWESOME time to get strong. Strength training post 50 helps to regulate hormones, burn fat, create lean tissue and reduce bone mineral loss! This applies to both Men and Women!

Andy at a bodyweight of only 69Kg is now deadlifting 152Kg…that’s 2.2 times his own bodyweight!

And…he’s still getting stronger!

Since working with us Andy has:

– Doubled his deadlift strength
– Reduced his back pain to almost nothing despite having 2 fused discs
– Lost Body Fat
– Gained lean tissue and become much fitter
– Feels happier, more energetic and more invigorated!

The key take away is this:

Andy never thought he would train to be strong. In his early 50’s his fitness goals changed so we simply changed his plan, tweaked his nutrition and the results followed!
