With a wedding to work too I needed to get my ass into gear. My amazing fiancée and I are both foodies and love to experiment in the kitchen, but we are also both health conscious about what we cook with so that helps with balancing our meals and the calorie intake.
However, both being self employed and busy people we found it difficult to “find the time” to exercise regularly..... this needed to change!!!
With our wedding booked for next summer I decided to “take the bull by the horns” and enlist Vanessa’s help, having seen her ad on my facebook page.
I decided to go with her “1 to 1” option which gives me sole attention from Vanessa as I wanted to see results sooner rather than later and I wanted constant reassurance that my posture/ breathing etc was as it should be.
This lady is just amazing. Not only does she “kick my ass” but she is absolutely lovely when she does this, giving me constant encouragement and belief in my goals.
After four weeks on the programme (three training sessions with Vanessa after my initial assessment with her) I have achieved some incredible results, not only losing weight but reducing fat content and increasing water content so my body is now far more hydrated than when I started. My legs are toning well and I have more definition in my abs.
Vanessa not only helps with your exercise regime but also dietary requirements along with inputting on any other areas you are concerned about, as with myself hydrating my skin as I suffer from psoriasis and suggesting natural based creams and oils to combat this.
Not only is Vanessa my trainer but I also regard her as a friend as she is absolutely lovely.
Give her a try and I promise you that you won’t regret it and you will see amazing results as well as enjoying your journey with her.

I have been a member of them for 3 years now and their dedication to your health and well-being is just simply outstanding. They are working so hard above and beyond to keep their clients moving and keeping fit and healthy during lock down. I still have my weekly PT session but via zoom and have joined in one of their many classes via zoom as well.
