Cancer Wellness Programmes For Women & Men – Best Ways To Thrive With Cancer!

It’s been a very busy few months behind the scenes at M.A.S.K. as we have created our 2 programmes – Women’s Wellness With Cancer and Men’s Wellness With Cancer.

Cancer now affects 1 in 2.5 people. Think about that carefully. In a room of 25 people, that is statistically 10 people being treated for cancer of some sort. For various reasons, cancer is becoming a hugely growing problem over recent years.

In years gone by, cancer was mostly attributed to advanced aging. Whilst aging is still one of the most significant contributors to cancer risk, what is more concerning of late is that cancer rates are now increasing across all ages, sadly including children.

Following my own cancer journey, my husband and I have set to work learning and growing in so many key areas in order to create cancer wellness programmes that are designed to maximise health and wellness whilst on a cancer journey.

Who is The programme For?

The programme is designed for anyone on their cancer journey who wants immediate and actionable EVIDENCE BASED ways to maximise their health, wellness, energy levels and overall vigour. This in turn helps to maintain a healthy weight during the rigours of treatment. Whilst cancer treatments save lives, they are very harsh on the human body and carry a huge array of debilitating side effects.

There are two programmes, one aimed at Women, the other at Men. This is due to the fact that there are cancer’s which affect women and not men, and vice versa.

What The Programme Is Not

The programmes are NOT an alternative to medical intervention. Medical teams have made huge advances in the treatment of cancer over recent years, and the cures lie within the expertise of the medical profession. However, even highly rated oncologists openly admit how devastating the side effects of common cancer treatments can be. The programmes provide evidence based ways to help cope with these side effects and much more to provide help which improves the efficacy and effectiveness of medical treatments whilst boosting patient health.

Areas covered on the programmes include:

*Why we get cancer

* Mindset shift

* Behaviour Change

* Cancer Nutrition

* Exercise basics

* Reducing side effects and Nausea

* Complimentary therapies

Plus much more, culminating in a programme consisting of well over 30 useful and applicable videos. The programme does contain theory and evidence/references as to the why behind our approach, but then it also sets about providing the viewer with actionable points and ways to put together a whole health and wellness programme.

Filming is now around the halfway stage before editing and loading on to a platform. I truly can’t wait – I honestly feel that it is the biggest and most important project that I’ve embarked upon.

Wishing you all an awesome weekend!
Until next time,
